This assumes you have basic PVC plumbing skills and if you plan on the 220v connection, you have a licensed electrician or understand how to wire into an electrical panel. The 110v option allows you to plug the unit into an outlet assuming you have a GFI outlet nearby. Everything you need comes in the box. Once it was installed and set to auto, I simply had to adjust the output over a few days until it maintained the optimal level. This replaced an old salt system that had died and only used on board lights to tell you if it was on or off. This is much better and gives me better control and peace of mind. Plus it cost half of what the local pool store wanted to replace the old one with the same thing. Overall, very happy with the purchase and everything is working as designed.

I unit was easy to install. Electrical hookup went well. Water has been too cold for unit so don't know how well it performs yet.

I'm very satisfied with the salt system order, delivery and operation. The readings on the unit need to have titles (salt,PH, chlorine) along with the numeric readings on the digital screen

Product does not work. front display reads 3100 continuisly reguardless of the amount of salt in the pool water. Totaly disagrees with alternate salt tester. I must return unit but directions are not obviously found to return. Still looking

This system isn't compatible with a variable speed pool pump that has the timer built into the pump. I wish I had known that because I wouldn't have purchased it if I had. Now it's going to cost me hundreds more to even use the system. NOT a happy customer.
