The shipping was quick and my product arrived in a tub rather than a plastic bag inside a box like a previous purchase. However, the tub was only labeled PH increaser with no brand. I do like the tub as it is sturdy and is fairly easy to open.

I have ordered many times from this company and the service, and products has always been good. For some reason this year do not know if I have gotten some very old stock but have received three orders of chemicals shock, tablets and ph increase mainly that just did not perform at all. Have already used more chemical in last 3 months than I would normally use in a whole year. I am not mad and will use this company again sometime but I know this is correct because I just bought shock and ph increase somewhere else and performed correctly.
