This hose was bought for my husband who has been watering the cattle for 30 years with a regular hose. Unthawing the regular hose daily, rolling %26 unrolling the hose and fussing with it is a chore. He hasn't used it yet as it's his Christmas present. I'm sure he's going to be very happy with it.
Delivered 2 days after ordering. That was awesome! Person was very respectable, friendly and professional. The price was awesome! I'm extremely pleased with the whole transaction!
So far we have had no frozen water issues with the line headed to our camper. It has been wonderful to not have to worry about the water freezing in the frigid temperatures we have been having.
Hose works great, only issue is the hose is very rigid at first and takes a long time to stretch out flat.

Weather had a high of 10 degrees for about two weeks and hose never froze uo.
but I don't like about it is it don't want to uncurl and it's real hard to shovel snow around without damaging the hose. because somebody damaged my hoes but other than that I love it and I would keep on buying these. that's why I only gave it a four star if it would unwind better and stay online I would have given it a five star
For the most part this heated hose performed as specified until the temperature got below about 20 deg F with wind chill in the single deg F. With no wind chill and above 20deg F it worked well.
Just opened the hose to use it as we are having freezing temperatures tonight. Crazy was that both ends were female. So unfortunately it could only be hooked up on one end. Not sure if it's supposed to be used with an adapter or if it was constructed wrong and slipped through quality control. Not good. Not sure at this time what to do.
