wish I had waited another 24 hours before calling to ask where my order was because even the employee thought it got lost in shipping so they did a refund and around 5 hours later it popped back up on radar a town away from me, so I called again to make sure they stop the delivery and return it back to the location it came from. So the employee I spoke to this time let me speak to their supervisor to make sure it was returned probably where I did not have to mess with it because I done gotten my refund because I believe honesty is the best policy.. next time this happens I'm going to give extra time. Gotta say lesson learned on my part.

This hose truly came in handy the last few weeks in the severe cold. I have it attached to my RV and it kept the water warm enough to not freeze before going into the storage tank. Be mindful if you have several hoses attached this hose will only help if your water is continually flowing. Great product for what I needed it for. I would Highly recommend.

Great hose, at a good price. Worked well in temperatures below freezing. We had a few nights in the low 20's and never lost water pressure. I would recommend this hose.

has no thermostat to know the temp. otherwise just hooked up and not sure how it works yet. looks like ok quality
