First thing to bear in mind is that it is not gas-powered and can't plow through weeds or heavy grass. Once you come to understand this fact, modify your technique and use of brute force, and allow its power level to match the task within its abilities, it will accomplish the same results while utilizing far less cord. And the weight reduction surely can be appreciated at the end of the day. It truly took a few sessions before I understood that it requires its own technique to work effectively and beneficially. Also, the power pack is more than adequate for multiple sessions, even with an overly neglected trimming schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend it to a friend with a little pre-usage instruction.
