Disappointed!
Not as powerful as the one I purchased in store at Home Depot five years ago. Why did you offered a three year replacement policy when the tool has a five year warranty period? That was $14.00 wasted! I'd like it refunded!

Power level is barely acceptable but durability is poor. Weak chintzy plastic and poorly manufactured

Appears to NOT be a new product
I purchased 2 separate items as I have another one and some attachments to use. this arrived outside of manufacturer packaging and does not work, it got hot when I placed the batter into the battery housing. I am not sure if this is refurbished BUT it is not listed as resale or refurbished. IT is quite upsetting

Not worth the aggravation
Runs when it's not under a load as soon as you start trimming the grass with it, it cuts off. Very aggravating will not run underload.

poor quality
messed up poeer head. left it in the sun, and the netal shaft actually bent and warped. battery keeps cutting out, so we have to remove it and replace it for 2 seconds of work. worthless equipment.
