Order was delayed and was not delivered on the "arrive by" date given when the order was placed. Item was NOT shipped in a box, and the outer packaging of the item is damaged. This is an electronic item, so it is also most likely damaged, and there is no time to return and get a replacement before Christmas. This is also a Christmas gift, so since it was NOT in a box, the person receiving the gift saw what it was, and the surprise is ruined. Finally, the item is not the same as pictured online. There are 2 different kind of batteries in this 2 pack, 4Ah and 2Ah, and NOT 2 of the thin 2Ah batteries as pictured. Thanks a lot, Walmart.

Buyer beware
This was not a Walmart item. It came from a seller using Walmart's platform to sell used items! I was SUPER unhappy to learn this was even a thing. Buyer beware!
