Great tool!
Great little impact driver for the money. Works just as well as my porter cable, but half the price.

Caution - may be a “Grey Market” item
Received NOT. In mfg packaging; suspected “grey” market item; unit came in a non-descript box (not in Ryobi box) with no instructions or Ryobi documentation; was a gift - hope it works; sent email to Ryobi Customer Service (excellent response time); Ryobi stated the unit is covered by their 3 year warranty

Worse than useless
Don't bother with this impact driver. Terrible, non linear trigger makes this thing go from zero to 100% torque with seemingly nothing in between making for stripped screws, wall damage and massive frustration. There's also a slight wobble in the chuck which makes it that much worse. Ended up taking twice as long to do a simple job of hanging ladders than it would have using my 16 year old Ryobi drill/driver. Save yourself the aggravation and buy something else.
