I like the straight shaft very much. The thicker line takes down big weeds and I like that. It works very good.

This is constructed much better then the carbon fiber version.

Probably would work fine, but it was noticeably different than the OEM shaft it was supposed to replace. I would have kept it if I hadn't found I could just replace the bump head on my original shaft at 1/5th the cost. Since I didn't really use it, I couldn't recommend it.

Worked perfectly as a replacement to the same tool that failed. However, the problem is if you buy Ryobi tools from a third party vendor there is no serial number sticker on it and you cannot register the tool with Ryobi for their warranty. I tried to contact the vendor through Walmart I they provide an excuse about not being able to maintain the serial numbers. All Ryobi tools are have serial numbers applies with a decal etc. So, it was removed by the vendor.

I have nothing bad to say about the part it worked the way it was made to, also it was made really well I'm happy overall I would buy again if needed. 💯
