Refuel
I've been taking my BCAA+EAA everyday before my workouts, and it has increased my hydration and endurance. My muscles are less fatigued during, intense, exercise. The product was shipped to me before the promise date. Thank you RYSE for being an amazing company.

Great flavor and energy!
I recently tried RYSE BCAA/EAA Powder in Strawberry Pineapple, and it's awesome! The flavor is bold and vibrant, with a perfect mix of fruity notes, but not too sweet, especially when mixed with extra water, making it super refreshing during workouts. It also feels great almost immediately, giving me a hit of energy comparable to an energy drink but without any caffeine!

Cherry Limeade is best
Cherry Limeade was great! Needed to restock, so I went with Tropical Snow cone. ? Not good, thought about returning after my 1st scoop. Should've trusted my gut and bought Cherry Limeade again.

Works amazing taste no so great
I'm not really a fan of the taste, however works amazing. I wanted something without caffeine but I'm going to get the KoolAid Fruit Punch next time even though it has caffeine.
