I wasn't sure about needing to add BCAAs & EAAs in my diet, but I noticed an significant improvement in my recovery while I train for my ultra-marathon. On top of that, my strength and recovery while lifting has dramatically improved! This is a must have for your supplement routine!

Overall the flavor is very close to what they advertised, but will say it has a bit of an off setting flavor that I can't quite distinct. With that being said, it's not a reason to not get it, because you'll find that in any BCAA or EAA mix.

I started drinking this after my strength training workouts. The flavor is amazing and it dissolves completely. It helps me with muscle recovery and re-hydration. Another Ryse product I will always keep on hand.

I'm not sure I'm noticing any difference since taking this. I don't notice a difference in recovery or my muscle definition. I'm also not a huge fan of this flavor. It is pretty aggressive
