I wasn't sure about needing to add BCAAs & EAAs in my diet, but I noticed an significant improvement in my recovery while I train for my ultra-marathon. On top of that, my strength and recovery while lifting has dramatically improved! This is a must have for your supplement routine!

Decided to try another flavor because I like the ones I've tried so far. The strawberry pineapple is delicious and like all their bcaa's, it mixes very well! Love taking it before my runs for extra hydration.

Unfortunately when I opened the container when I got it half the container was clumped from moisture and had to toss it. It stinks because I have purchased this before and it was amazing
