Love the lemon flavor of this creatine! It was certainly better tasting than the other creatines I've used. I like that it is 3rd party tested and from an American company. I noticed a significant strength increase within the first week of taking it and now it's a permanent part of my supplement routine! I used to be a creature of habit and didn't think I needed supplements, but this opened my eyes big time!

This is the first creatine I've been able to be consistent with. The taste is good, and I feel like my recovery is easier from daily CF workouts.
