Ryse prework out is the best tasting prework out I have been able to find. This works well and does give you energy to fuel your work out. I also live their protein shake flavors.

Good dosages can take half and still feel pumped and ready, really pushes you to failure during workout, best flavor for pre workout highly recommend

What makes this product stand out to other pre-workouts is the taste. Before buying from ryse, I was getting extremely irritated about the fact that my pre-workouts tasted like medicine (the ones that you feel like that aren't chuggable). Then after purchasing and tasting Ryse's Loaded Pre (Tropical Punch Kool-Aid), it felt as if my eyes or rather my taste buds were opened if that makes any sense. . If you told me this was just kool-aid rather than pre-workout, I would've believed you. Also, seated hamstring curls are so bunions.

I love the flavor, it tastes just like the popsicle that it is supposed to mimic. Would definitely recommend. Does not fizz up like RYSE pre-workout powders have in the past, they said they would fix it, and they did. If you have tried the RYSE energy drink version of this flavor, it tastes identical. I'm not familiar with the color, just because I always dry scoop it, but it appears to just be white.

I am just recently getting into fitness and someone suggested trying pre-workout. I already use the protein powders so ordered this during a special. Great, light flavor that is pretty spot on with what I remember an ice pop tasting like. I didn't crash after my workout and combined with a protein drink, I did notice that my muscles bounced back a little quicker than without either of them. As a newbie, I appreciated the assistance to recover faster!

Good pre. Taste is good, mixes well, energy is really balanced with the slow release, haven't had that before. But, I missed it has Beta-Alanine in the formula and i hate that itchy feeling.

We're going with 4 star. While all the right components were in the pre. . . I felt the beta-alanine, good caffeine, mental clarity. . . I really wanted it to be indistinguishable from Sunny-D! And while it did have a nice orange flavor, it wasn't quite Sunny-D.

It's a very good company that I haven't had problems with in the countless times I've ordered but my last package came defective and contacted a member and got ignored.
