Small pump, good energy, minimal lactic acid pain
This pre workout is great for prolonged workouts due to its slow release plus prolonged caffeine effects. It helps boost strength in the moment of your workout and after the workout you don't crash from the 390mgs of caffeine like you'd expect. You'll hardly feel any pain from lactic acid until a day or two prior to your workout routine. The only downside there is to this pre is the lack of pump you'll get from it, personally, I don't find it necessary so I'm not bothered by it.

It has a TON of caffeine so if you aren't used to that much caffeine only use a 1/2 scoop to start out with.

my caffeine tolerance has gotten pretty high recently but this stuff helps me PR everytime! Hits quick with seemingly no crash
