I go to the gym after work and sometimes in afternoons on the weekends. I love a non stim product as it helps to cut down my caffeine consumption. The quality of the ingredients are top notch and makes my workout more effective and feel good with a sick pump! Taste is alright. I'm not fussy about it. The dosage is adquate. I take 1.25 scoops usually.

I needed a non stim pre-workout for early workouts when I'm full of energy, this one does the job. It would also work well for late workouts, since it doesn't have stimulants like caffeine, you won't be up all night afterwards. I recommend it!

It's a little pricey per serving. But I need to get off stims sometimes. It's hard to find good effective stim free products for us stim junkies, but this one works good for pumps.

Good quality pump preworkout, taste is eh but it does the job. Beta alanine takes a bit to get used to but I think it benefits the workout. Double scoop dosage does the job.

It's a good alternative to the other brands having a similar ingredient list. However, the taste (Freedom Rocks) isn't that good.

Pre-Workout does what I expected. However, the taste is whack. Not sure what I expected "Freedom Rocks" would taste like but not a big fan. Might have to try a different flavour next time

Taste not bad quality is good and i like the package

the taste is really horrible and hard to drink. also the quality is not so great taking into consideration that we, 4 different persons tried this and 3 vomited afterwards. so workout is hard to get done. trying one scoop as dosage is better than 2 for sure. 2 makes you sick almost instantly. and causes itchiness. we do not recommend this product especially also for it's huge price and low quality.
