Been drinking this cocoa for over a year now. It helps me go to sleep and stay asleep for a decent amount of hours . It is yummy -like a hot cocoa- and not too sweet.

I can only drink this cocoa at night time when I'm ready to go to bed as it puts me right to sleep every time. however it tastes good. and the only thing I don't like about this Coco is the price I really feel that it is too highly priced.

I use a little coffee sweet creamer, makes it taste pretty good for me otherwise the taste is OK... but much better with the sweet creamer. I t really helps with the sleep. Sometimes I really have difficulty shutting down, Does wonders for me.

Good for sleep
Tastes just ok. The reason I really like it, sleep! It helps me get to and stay asleep. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

it does put me to sleep i woll say that BUT it stops me up like a cork. Too much iron in it i guess or some other ingredient is doing it. Im not sure but its definitely this cocoa causing it. I know this is kinda funny and gross but for me thats what it does. I couldnt give a more honest review.
