Saalt Period Underwear Detergent

I've owned period underwear from various brands for 3+ years now and it was always such an ordeal getting them clean and stink free. In hindsight, I wasted so much water, baking soda and vinegar washing and rewashing my period underwear until I came across this product. You'll still need to rinse your underwear after use to get the majority of the blood out, but when you wash them with this solution they dry funk free after one wash. Whew. Just buy it -- if I had known about this product when I originally bought my underwear I would have invested in it then. Plus you use so little since its highly concentrated, I expect it to last a while. For those who, like me, don't like scented things, don't worry -- this isnt overpowering or super fake fragrance-y smelling. Thanks Saalt!

Typically I use castille soap but I've been converted to Saalt! This stuff packs such a punch. I've brushed it on period stains and non-period stains with a toothbrush and the results were amazing. All you need is a teeny amount so I think the bottle is worth the price. And it smells great!

I use this as a prewash, letting everything soak and then throwing it in the washer to ensure they are extra clean. I also use a little hand wash scrub board to ensure everything is out.

A little definitely goes a long way. I sometimes pour less than a capful & it still gets the job done. Washing by hand can be a chore, but totally worth it for these leakproof panties. Great product!

I was amazed at how effective this was at removing stains on all stained garments, even sheets. It removed some persistent odor on a pair of menstrual underwear I had washed several times.

The smell of the detergent is great and works well. I (my husband) appreciate(s) the ability to wash the underwear in my sink so that I do not have to mix the period underwear with the other clothes.

I have sensitive skin and have always been weary of other brands, but to ensure the longevity of my period panties I figured I would try this. It works very well and I'm happy to report no irritation.

Lightly scented but not overpowering. Cleans well and leaves little residue.

It's a good product, but I wish it didn't have fragrance. I didn't notice until after I purchased. I prefer to go fragrance free for undergarments

Works great albeit a touch expensive
