It looks like a regular keychain, so it doesn't draw attention, but still feels sturdy and well-made. Thankfully I haven't had to use it in a real situation, but I tested the spray outside and the stream is strong and controlled. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been carrying one of these around on my personal keys and one on my work keys. I like that they are not heavy, they are discreet, and they don't take much space in my bag. I feel much safer carrying this around knowing that I have access to something that could protect me. The rings that attach to the keys are very secure and the product is overall well made. I give it 4 stars only because it seems to open with little effort, making it easy for it to switch to the open setting accidentally. This happened to me where it accidentally sprayed inside my home and everyone was coughing for hours. Although it wasn't a desired incident, it did make me feel better that the product is very potent is strong enough to keep me safe if it ever needs to be used.

The safety switch is overly sensitive and can be turned on too easily if you're not careful. It would be better if it had stronger resistance or more noticeable tactile feedback so users can confidently tell when it's in the safe/live position.
