Works great for support during work outs. Strong and thicker belt compared to the previous belt I used. Runs large. I had to reorder M so consider a smaller size when ordering

Worth a try but didn't work well for long!
The belt actually worked out in helping my hip pain but some of the reviews that I read were correct about the material quality and the Velcro not working after a short period of time.

Good Quality, Odd Sizing
The larger is huge, but the medium is unexpectedly small. Fortunately, the belt stretches a bit over time, and the velcro sticks over a wide range, so either size is adaptable. Machine washes well. Air dry. Good for later phases of SI issues and for stepping down from use of a belt. A stiffer one might be better for acute problems early on.

it's not as tight as the one the chiropractor lent to me, it has more elasticity than expected. it did help with pain relief. it's easy it put on and remove.
