I haven't accurately measured speed, but would say that on level pavement, it travels around 5-6mph with the adjustment dial at max. 4. hardest part of installation was figuring out that the holes for the mirrors are covered with rubber, so if you don't want the mirrors, just don't install them %26 you don't have an empty hole on your handlebar!!! 5. back up beeper is LOUD... but hey, people will take notice!!! 6. I don't intend to use this every day, It won't turn sharp enough to use in tight places like a house/home everyday... but is perfectly suited to Worlds of Fun, Disney, Silver Dollar City, Six Flags, etc. 7. Battery seems to do well, I've driven it about a mile, so far and the battery is still showing full charge. 8. I've had this for a week now, seems to be a good enough purchase to buy a 2nd one.... so will be placing another order for another 1 shortly!!!!

First, unit priced affordable.. Arrived quickly, easy to assemble. We had an issue with a broken part. Walmart immediatly offered exchange.. Contacted Seller directly willing to purchase small part.. They responded Quick and Replaced the part.. Cant say enough about how great this unit is.. if the reverse alarm drives u nuts book tells you how to make it stop!! great product great seller!!

Love the convenience. The price was a motivator for me. I’m on a fixed income and the convenience of payments was essential. I live in a senior community, in an exterior cottage. My problem was laundry day. I normally use my walker, however it became a real problem in the summer heat. I now strap my laundry on the back basket and off i go It is not easily foldable

This scooter is perfect! Put together easy and was ready to go. It came fully charged and it was easy to guide and road very smooth. The light on the front is very bright makes it easy to see at night. I did have to undo the back up beeper. it was just so loud. I love it and will highly recommend this scooter to anyone. It does what I need it to do but it does not like hills it goes up very slow so you do have to turn up the setting for that. I got the red one .

This scooter was a very good scooter. I liked it love the color great deal but it was too big and too heavy so I had to return it. It would be nice if Walmart had one that was lighter, but it was a great well made item I had to return it. I like the fact that Walmart took it back without any arguing and giving me any agita. One thing I say Walmart you’re doing a good job when it comes to catering to your customers, I was very pleased. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite and very helpful.

love the handling and managing when using it, really helps boost independency. it is a bit heavy when manuvuring it in and out of the trunk or SUV. maybe adding handles to the front and rear would help with that. the battery lasts and the baskets work well too. we had it set up by a Walmart/Angie's list invivitual and they did an ok job, the battery didnt chage initially so we couldn't use it until extra attention was given to that area.

I received it I was so happy I especially like the mirrors on it After we finally got it assembled, I took it to the store and I got great compliments and then I realize there's something wrong It sounds like it has a flat tire goes bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum bum, and the whole thing shakes just like it had a flat tire well it doesn't have a flat tire and tires are fine. I don't know where the noise is coming from. I called customer support at Walmart and they informed me to return it. It's too much trouble at night to try to put that big thing back in the box I had to get help getting it out of the box. I just wanted to know where to take it to get it adjusted or fixed I'm on the Social Security low income, so I'm not sure what I can do with it financially except keep using it and making that awful noise. It's a wonderful scooter for the price but mine has problems.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Received my scooter and it was missing the back-piece to the seat. I have back issues which have caused my mobility to be limited and desperately need the back support. I ordered the scooter with the side mirrors, however there are no holes drilled out in the handle bars to attach them. Im very disappointed with the scooter and I am still waiting on the missing back rest to ship. I guess I’m not going to have my side mirrors. Not easy to get ahold of Sacvon customer service and Walmart does not help you with the issues.

All that money, a brand new product that I can’t get it to work there’s no way to contact the seller unless you email them which means I’ll have to wait days to get a response and there’s no number to get a hold of company or walmart where I ordered it from this NOT RIGHT!

Cause it doesn't work and you have no way of getting a hold of anybody to troubleshoot it now I know why it was discounted so much and that's a shame too because I can't afford to throw away $500 like that and I have no idea how to get a refund on it how you gonna ship it back? I can't afford to ship it back.
