Safariland In-ear Impulse Plus Hearing Protection Provides 41.7db Peak Impulse Reduction.

I haven't used them for shooting yet, but I love that they have two sizes (have tiny ears), has a chain (it's plastic and flexible to fit in the container) for your neck so you don't lose them, and the container hooks to your keys so you always have them. I also get over simulated easily due to a brain injury, so having a way to shut off noise and light is essential to me. These are essential when my AirPods run low.

I bought these on recommendation from my mother. We both have genetic hearing sensory issues that make everyday noises like clanking dishes, crying babies, car horns, and other "normal" sounds overloud and overstimulating. I'm disappointed the design has been changed from the ones my mother bought a year or two ago. I'm still experimenting with the earplugs, but I do like how voices and other normal sounds can still mostly be heard so I can still communicate and be aware of my surroundings, but the more harsh sounds are softened and not so shocking. I wore them during a large fireworks display and the booms did not bother me at all, and I was still able to hear and talk to the people in my group.... though I felt the earplugs weren't as comfortable as I hoped for. I'm still experimenting with them but I think they are worth a try if you have similar sensory issues. I do think the insertion instructions could be better, it's really not clear to me how far in the ear canal the earplugs are meant to be worn which is part of why I'm still having to experiment with them.
