Color was as shown. I ordered 2 sizes in 'white' and they really are white! I was in search of a 'true white' area rug available in multiple sizes that was nicely textured but not too thick. After ordering a different brand (2 rugs) that was listed as 'white' and then returning them (not easy - one size I needed was 8' x 10') due to them not being 'true white', I was hesitant to order again. After searching through various sources and dozens of rugs, I found these, and I am extremely happy with them. Also, very soft underfoot.

It's thinner than expected but great for the price! Beautiful color and soft underfoot. It does have a smell so leave it outside a few hours. Will be used at the entry of my home,

I really love this area rug, I got it in the grey. One of the reasons why I love this area rug so much is that it's well made and my vacuum cleaner does not suck it all up!!! This is very pretty, complimenting and stylish, the price is worth it. It's also very soft, kinda like a shag rug but not as long 😉

Love this rug, I have a wood floor in my room (which i hate I feel like all rooms should have carpets). I measured my room and bought the biggest, closest fitting rug to cover a majority of my room just to get rid of the ugly wood floor and its made my room look so pretty. The rug is really soft, feels good on my feet lol. The fur did come like really flat so I grabbed a broom and sweeped it out, to make it look carpet-y, if that makes sense. It makes my room look so good.

The rug is very soft. It's a closed loop shag so doesn't shed or produce lint. I like the shading of the rug some darker, some fibers are medium color or lighter. Overall I am very happy with my selection.

This color is exactly as pictured which is nice. The rug is very soft. It is very very thin though. I have hardwood floors in my new rental and I was hoping this would give me a place sit and stretch and do yoga in the morning. But it will for sure need a rug pad underneath it to make it comfortable. I have been laying a blanket down on the floor in the morning until this rug came. The rug feels exactly the same as the blanket. There is no padding whatsoever.

This Safavieh rugs was not the same quality as my other Safavieh rugs. I was going to order the 9x12 rug but figured I should look at the quality before purchasing the larger one, so I ordered the smallest size. I am happy I did that. It felt cheaper. As a side note and has nothing to do with the rug I started my return thru my app and was told to take it to my nearest Walmart. The woman at the return department was extremely rude and said this is a Marketplace product. When I ask her was that a problem she said "is this how you received it"? I said yes (I re-wrapped it in the original packaging). She didn't believe me. I said ma'am it's a rug, it didn't come in a box. She walked away all mad and came back with a large Walmart shipping bag. I said again that's not how it came. She handed me my receipt and said when they receive it that's when you will get your money and walked away. This is my second time I had to deal with a very rude employee at the return department. These people shouldn't be in this department if they have no customer service experience. Put them in the stock room.

I bought 6 for my dog kennels because the brand has always been a winner but these look cheap and definitely are not holding up.

The rug is fine, you get what you pay for. I knew I was buying a cheap rug. The main issue was the awful chemical smell that came with it. Left the rug to sit outside for 24 hours hoping the smell would go, but it didn’t. Washed it against the instructions, it held up fine, but smell is still there. You seriously feel you are being chemically poisoned.

I ask for a burgundy rug to match my top of the table you send me a red rug and I appreciate if you come and pick it up and give me the right one or reimburse my money.
