Exceeded expectations
This ottoman looks great; the packaging was far better than I expected (compared to several other similar items I've purchased online) and there was absolutely no damage to it from shipping. A helpful hint--the hardware is in a hidden zippered pouch on the underside of the ottoman. It could serve as a nice place to stash little things you don't want found. :)
