Won't buy Safavieh again
The bench arrived a day early, which was OK for me. The box was not damaged. First thing we noticed on opening the box was a lot of small pellets. Being from Florida, we immediately suspected insect droppings. Turns out they were silica gel pellets from broken packs in the box and were difficult to remove. Next we could not remove the bench from the box. This was because both sliders meant to hold the drawers had broken off in transit causing the drawers to get stuck inside the bench. With great difficulty, we got the bench out of the box and then the drawers out of the bench. Hubby then had to re-glue the sliders and also sand them in order to get them to operate. One drawer still is not quite right and is hard to open and close. The exterior is in good condition, but the cushion is hard and uncomfortable. This bench was sold under the name of 'Safavieh', a name I thought I could trust. Now, I don't expect to shop that brand again.
