The process was efficient and fast. I ordered the 5x7 for my bedroom and quality is very good. We found we did not need a mat underneath it but that's just our opinion. I highly recommend this product!

So incredibly plush and soft underfoot. I am THRILLED with this rug. The red is stunning, like a merlot wine, not garish. We got the 8.5 x 12 to put under our bed, and it's lovely to look at and soothing to step onto. I think it's a fantastic bargain as well, I don't think you could find another rug this nice at this price point.

After TONS of searching on-line for an area rug for my living room, I landed on this one. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The rug is very soft with a higher pile making it seem very high quality. The rug is thick so you can't see through to the backing like some other rugs. When you lay on the rug and get up, there tends to be a flattened down area because the rug is so plush but it easily brushes right back up. I have vacuumed the rug without any problems. My dog even ran across it with muddy paws (I purchased the ivory rug which is true to color) and the stains easily came out with basic carpet cleaner. The carpet did not smell bad at all. It had the lovely ""new carpet"" smell that I love. It also flattened out within a few days, I have 4 kids and they love to be on the rug. Definitely a great purchase!!

This is the second rug I've purchased, same brand, same color, just a larger size because I LOVE IT SO MUCH! It's one of the most comfortable rugs I've ever stepped on. It says to use a brushless vacuum to clean it but I run my little oreck over it and it seems to be doing fine.

beautiful rug, seems to lay out nicely, heavy, beautiful coloring, was the exact right size. the only thing I don't like is that it stinks and leaves a weird residue on anything that touches it.

Perfect but the colour is too white for a ivory.
