Initial bad cartridge
When I first put the cartridge in my printer it was rejected as a an "incompatible" cartridge; however, after I called LD they sent a postage paid return envelope and a new cartridge. The new cartridge is fine. A little inconvenient but considering the price and good service, I would say it was a good buy!

I ordered the Safco mail cart. What I received was an ink cartridge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE.

Wrong Item Listed-Do Not Order
This company (LD Products), selling through Walmart has mislisted the item they are selling. The item being sold is not a Wire Mail Cart as shown, but rather a remanufactured to ink cartridge. Will be requesting a full refund.
