The wrong item was delivered. The website does not provide any contact information to assist with resolving the problem.
Had to place a new order to reorder the product, wait for the item to be delivered through the weekend, delaying the delivery even longer. Then had to drive 20 miles to the nearest store to return the item that I had not ordered.
End result , project delayed for over a week, causing undue costs and delays. Additionally I the customer had to absorb the cost of time and fuel to return an item that was not ordered.
As a customer I feel completely devalued.
