I get severe asthma at certain times of the year this product is blood pressure safe, free of dyes, it is a DM (expectorant) which i need to bring ick out of my lungs and bronchial area. this product does an exceptional job of that. also most syrups are cherry flavor which i can harfly swallow. this has a menthol flavor 100% more tolerable to me!!

I purchased this medication for my husband who has type two diabetes. After several doses he received no relief from his cough. I than purchased Robitussin Cough Chest Congestion DM and after two dose, his cough calmed down and he was able to sleep.

Being diabetic, kinda limited on what all we can take over the counter for meds, I was hoping this would work, Unfortunately this did not help my issues at all. I had severe cough, itchy throat, lot of chest congestion. It didn't stop or slow down the coughing. The mucus didn't break up. I had the same symptoms for over a week that didn't improve with this. The only plus was the taste, it was like peppermint. So unfortunately for me, this was a waste of money.
