cold medicine
I've used this product many times, and it always works well for me. Since I suffer from high blood pressure, this medicine is fantastic for all my symptoms . congestion , scratchy throat , it helps with all that.

Taste a little "sharp" but can almost feel working...a lot like other name product advertised but think the Safe Tussin works better AND faster. I seem to get cough with allergies off and on thru the year and now go straight to this as seems to work faster and especially good with that night time cough that that keeps you from falling to sleep quickly. All round good stuff!!!

Visually, no. Results, yes!
I bought this medicine for my husband, as he has high blood pressure. All in all it, it seemed to work for him as his symptoms did improve. I was a little skeptical, as the liquid is very thin, and the appearance is transparent like water, but hey, it worked! I will purchase this again in the future.

Terrible taste ! Nasty taste and because I can't stomach the taste , this product did not work ( BTW - I ordered the cherry flavor), but this was substituted instead.).
