Ideal car seat for toddlers- with cup holders!

Sara April 28, 2026

Very comfortable car seat for forward facing toddler. This car seat was easy to assemble and install. Directions were pretty straight forward. I like that this car seat can convert into a booster seat as our toddler gets older. This was one of the few car seat to boosters I could find with cup holders. Overall would recommend. We have really enjoyed it so far!

This seat is perfect for, transitioning from infant seat, to grow as they get older, so easy to install, easy to get them in,and, out, child can see out the window better, means more comfortable trips

My car is more difficult to install carseats of any kind. However, this one was definitely easier than others and the difficulty was due to my seats not the booster seat. i loke that it has 2 cupholders not just 1.

Great value for the price

Deuce May 20, 2026

It was well packaged, super easy to assemble she pretty straight forward to install. It's used a lot or to go too far but my 3yr old granddaughter loves her big girl seat when she's visiting. Great value for the price.

We love it

Andrea January 22, 2026

This car seat is great. My toddler says it's very comfortable to sit in. She's 3 feet tall (exactly 36 inches) and 40 pounds. We find this seat works best if she's not wearing her jacket otherwise the straps are a bit snug but without her jacket in I have to take slack out of them (so she shouldn't be wearing the jacket when in car! Don't use winter jackets in car seats!!)…my toddler uses the harness setting for now and fits really great in this seat. I'm comfortable with how she sits and how the seat meets my expectations. It's easy to install in my Toyota Camry. We did remove the harness pads and crotch buckle pad as my toddler hates those extras for some reason. But I think she's comfortable in her new seat-it is a lot lower profile in the car than her convertible car seat so she can't see as easily out the window anymore but she prefers her purple seat over the other one!

Its a great carseat that will take him through both booster seat stages. Its a little bit of a pain in the butt to move from car to car because the clips that clip onto the seat hooks are regular clips, not the seatbelt kind and its pretty difficult to loosen once tightened to get the darn things out. If youre looking for an easy go between booster seat, this probably isnt the one. Its also not overly comfortable. Its not super uncomfortable, my kid isnt complaining about it or anything, but if youre driving your kiddo cross country or something, maybe invest in a more expensive seat that will have more cushioning. It does what it needs to do for an everyday seat though. Its super easy to get my kid in and out of, i can undo it one handed when I need to. My kid isnt much of an escape artisit so I havent had to worry about that. Its easy enough to take apart to clean once its already out of the car. carrying it around by the top section it sometimes wants to seperate the back and booster section (which has actually ONLY been an issue when I was already frustrated from taking it out and picked it up maybe too aggressively). The straps have to be unhooked to take the seat and back apart, so its not like I'm afraid that I'll check it at the airport and only get half of it back, its more just mildly annoying. We did take our seat through the airpot no problem, its pretty lightweight, which was super nice and it was easy to put the straps over the handles of our roller suitcase to get it to the actual bagcheck, flying with it was pretty easy. In summary, super happy with the carseat, lightweight, easy to get my kid in and out of, reasonably easy to clean. Have had some difficulty getting it out of the car, but is easy enough to put in, and it is comfortable enough for short to mid length trips, but doesnt have a very thick cushion so wouldnt be super comfortable for multi day trips.

Wouldn't buy again

Ali March 9, 2026

The seat was on sale so I thought it would be an ok seat for my mom to have in her car just around town. The box arrived with a bunch of extra tape on it like the box had already been opened. There was no plastic covering the car seat but the warranty card was still in the straps so I was ok with it. I put the back and bottom together and was pretty uneasy, did not feel sturdy at all. The first time we used it the button that you use to release the slack kept popping off every time you would pull to tighten the straps. Needless to say I returned it. And had troubles returning because it was sold from a 3rd party source. Customer service helped me out but if something is sold by Walmart/online at walmart or the Walmart app, it should all be returnable to the store!
