Works perfectly so my three year old is not able to just leave out Different rooms.

What do I love about these little gadgets? Knob covers in general are an important first-line measure in making a home child-safe. Doors you don't want little monkeys opening are most easily blocked off with knob covers. These ones in particular are dead-simple. Two-part hard plastic shells with opposed openings for gripping the knob and a third for a keyhole, no moving parts or soft grippy bits that leave residue, nothing like that. And I've never had a kid open one who shouldn't be opening doors; they seem to be a great differentiator. This is my go-to when I have a door I need a kid not opening.

After reading some of the mixed reviews on this item, I took a leap of faith hoping it would work and prevent my child from opening doors and that it wouldn't also prevent adults from having a hard time using the mechanism. In my case, it worked PERFECTLY. I have a standard round circular door knob thats on the small side. It snapped on with ease. My thoughts are removing it might be slightly challenging once its on the door knob. But this product definitely works and for the price point I highly recommend you try!

These door covers are literally a snap to use. You just snap them onto your doorknobs. The open areas of the design allow adults and older children to use the doorknob normally, while preventing toddlers from opening the door on their own. We had a scare one afternoon when my nephew, who is neurodivergent, opened the door by himself, and we didn't know where he had gone. It was the first time he had done this, and we were losing our minds with fear. Thankfully, he just went to the neighbor's unit across the hall, but I purchased these the very same night and installed them the next day. They're durable, easy to use, and very inexpensive compared to other solutions.

This works great I live in apartment complex with my door facing a busy road my 2 grandson found out how to unlock a deadbolt I was so worried about him so I ordered this product and it was fast delivery easy to install and now when he comes to visit I feel safer and plus I have a senior family member who has dementia and he can't open the door so I have two good things

It's a great thing to have if you have children who might want to open doors they shouldn't when safety is the priority. Investing in products like this is always a good idea to protect your children. I would recommend anyone with small children to put these on their front and back doors. If they have stairs leading down to the basement, they should also put one on the door leading down to their stairs. It's better safe than sorry.

Works well for keeping little ones from opening doors but depending on the size / shape of your door handle it can be quite difficult to open the door as an adult. Otherwise great product and it does do the job it advertised. Easy to install and on smaller handles easy to use.

As a first-time parent, you end up buying every type of babyproofing item and this was one of it. I personally didn't like it for few reasons: 1. Babyproofing and also it proofed me. it was difficult for ME to pinch and turn the knob. My husband didn't have any problem. So when I was rushing, it wasn't great! 2. Baby magnate - it spins like a little wheel. So if the kid was attached to the door before, you just essentially gave him a spinner toy lol 3. Fit - didn't fit all the knobs so I guess it depends on the size and shape of your knob 4. Least important but must be said - it is NOT aesthetically pleasing lol... i know and you add all the other baby proofing around the house... it just not pretty Happy baby proofing everyone with this spinner =) lol

This product and company has a huge fault. Although this company has many wonderful well planned items, this is not one of them. The problem is that two of the three covers come pre assembled and are next to impossible to separate. Ridiculous!! (The one that wasn't pre assembled works great.). Hopefully the company reads reviews!

I used Safety 1st products when our children were small so purchased these expect that they would be like the ones I got before. I now have a grandbaby. The new design on this is horrible, I am not able to turn them with my weaker hands, there is no good way to grip the handle through the holes. Would NOT recommend!
