I've had Safety 1st on our stove for years. They do eventually wear down, and I ordered a replacement set. DO NOT ORDER the CLEAR covers - they were too hard for us to open. Ordered the black/opaque set, and they work fine.

Totally satisfied
I live in an RV trailer, and at least 3 times in the recent past I inadvertantly leaned against one of the burner knobs, turning on the gas for that burner and did not realize it until I distinctly smelled propane and turned the knob to off. Since propane is heavier than air and the gas furnace and hot water heater are down below the kitchen and have spark igniters, I scrambled to pen the door and windows to air the place out. That's why I got online and ordered these knob covers - they look and work great to keep this clutz safe!
