Very pleased with this item...we have a granddaughter who likes to get to the dog water bowl and this has worked perfectly to keep her out of that particular room. I was concerned at first that it might break being plastic, but I have put that concern to rest!

Just Installed 3. Works good.
Works good for me. I just installed 3 of them. 3 tips for success: 1. Make sure your door is proper thickness 2. Use for Interior doors only 3. How tightly your door latches when closed will effect how well this product works. Ideally it doesn't close so tightly that the mechanism cannot slide left and right while the door is closed to engage the child lock.

I love this lock. the only thing about it is the mechanism that goes over the door should have been metal.

Good,but cool be better
It does what it says but I just wish it wasn't plastic but it keeps my grandchildren out of places they shouldn't be.

Not really
Got for exterior door doesn't fit the door close but no way didn't want to snap so sent back for refund. Spent the extra 10 bucks for metal one that works on exterior door
