Just the right size for hemming

This product offered just the right amount of safety pins at a great price. I didn't want to buy an unnecessary number of pins and paying a lot more money. This was the perfect option.

These large safety pins work well for my needs. The price is right. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, these worked great for pinning construction paper on to my kids outfit for his school play. The pins did bend it if was going through a harder material like his hat so they aren't a heavy duty pin but work for arts and crafts or pinning up clothing material.

First, unless it does my dishes or balances my checkbook, I'm not giving these 5 stars. I just needed a few safety pins to keep the tops of my curtains closed. I bought these. Price was right. They worked fine. They are safety pins. It's not rocket science. Kinda hard to mess that up.

I use these primarily for sewing, especially when turning narrow fabric pieces, straps, or casings right side out. They do work for that purpose, and the larger size gives me enough to hold onto while guiding the fabric through. My only concern is that they feel somewhat flimsy. Occasionally, while pulling one through a narrow casing, it feels as though the pin might bend, open, or detach inside the fabric. That would be a uniquely annoying little sewing disaster, so I work slowly and avoid pulling too aggressively. I've been able to make them work, and they're useful to have on hand for basic sewing and household tasks. I just wish the metal and closure felt a bit sturdier. Good enough for occasional use, but I would not describe them as heavy-duty.

These safety pins are a little flimsy but they do work especially for the price. If you're looking to safety pins that won't bend easily, you might want to spend a little more for some. These where for a crafting project and suited the bill perfectly. Good value for the price!

These pins are the size that I wanted, but they are not strong. They come undone easily under stress and can cause punctures. Should be used for decoration only, but they are not decorative.

I did, indeed, order this item, but the Walmart Online Grocery employees failed to put it in my vehicle when my groceries were loaded. I had needed them for an outfit I'd planned to wear to a wedding that weekend but ended up having to rig my wardrobe with an office stapler when the safety pins could not be found. 😥

The reason as to why I'm giving a low star rating is because I never received this item! The employee put all my items I ordered in my trunk and since I haven't had this issue in so long I didn't think on making sure all my items were there! Next time I will make sure ALL of the items I order are there!
