Great if is keeps working for a number of years
The unit sounds a litter ruff at times, need to get close to set it off. One issue is when you run the system on just batteries. I checked to see if there was any way to turn the unit completely off. It has a power LED light that stays lit so even when the unit is not in use it drains the batteries. This is bad design. you should be able to cut power completely. The BARKING DOG is great. scared a number of people. Just what I needed. The remote control is a nice touch it lets me put it in place when I don't need to. Nice Unit
