I was taking the saffron because it's overall good for our health. A friend contracted restless leg syndrome that was impeding on his sleep, read that saffron cures it, and told me. I gave him the last 12 capsules in my bottle. He doesn't take supplements in moderation. The first night he took 5 of these capsules. Afterwards he took 3 each night. As soon as he started taking the saffron, the restless leg syndrome was gone.

Quality saffron! Seems to work great! I ate less after taking my first capsule. Followed directions for 20 minutes before meal. I was full with a good portion of my dinner left on my plate. Very happy!

After 2 doses, I became so dizzy that I couldn't walk with without help and I then had severe nausea with hours of violent vomiting.

Like all of the other over-the-counter appetite suppressants, this is another one that does not work.
