My fiance reall ylikes how quickly it heats up. it does not heat up the top part of the chest, but it heats up the top of the back and stomach area. After wearing it for about 10 minutes, you will get significantly warm and not notice that the chest doesn't heat up. Easy to use and understand. It comes with a charger for the battery. This jacket has optional thumbholes, too, which is awesome. the heating sequence starts on high when you turn it on, then medium, finally low. Great product. Highly recommend!

I got it for my boyfriend and he loves it

It runs true to size...seems to be good quality and warms nicely. No instructions. I don't know how long battery or jacket will work so that's why 4 not 5 stars for now.

I don't know it's a Christmas gift

Comfortable, but the battery doesn't even last 2 hours even after it takes almost an entire to charge. The coat is not warm when the battery dies and i walk to an from work everyday. Unless the temps outside are at least 40 degrees it works fine, below that nope. I have warmer jackets that aren't battery powered that work a whole lot better.

This coat did not even keep me warm even in my house at 57°F with the jacket on HIGH.(I keep my house cool but then use space heaters close to me) The pictures are very misleading regarding the size of the carbon nanotube heating elements , especially the back one, it measures 7.5 inches wide and ONLY 3.5 INCHES UP TO DOWN (see my pictures)..Not like that very long image it shows in the coats pictures. The front heating elements are roughly the same size. I could only feel the front heat on my stomach when the coat was snug. My chest felt no heat whatsoever. The only place I felt the heat was on my neck. I wanted to like this coat but unfortunately I'll be returning it.
