Ive recently started painting and made the mistake of using a gel pen prior to painting which just ends up smearing everywhere. There's absolutely zero smear with these pens and the consistency is perfect unlike how gel pens can be finicky

Permanent ink
I heard by watching YouTube that you can't wash the ink off checks with these pens with the scam going around call check washing. So I decided to get these.

These pens write very smooth in all the types of fine tip, it feels very comfortable to write. No skipping or fading.

Sakura Pens Work Well on Bristol Paper
I have used this pen for over 20 years. It has consistently proven itself to be the best pen I can buy commercially for pen and ink drawings. I am a professional artist and I love how Sakura pens work on smooth hot-press bristol paper. The pens do not bleed or smear as I have used them and the different sizes produce a wide range of marks. The only problem I have ever had in all the years I have used Sakura pens is that they eventually run out of ink! Thank you for being my favorite archival ink pen for over 2 decades!

Technical Pens Are The Best!
Purchased these as a Christmas gift for my BIL. I think technical pens are the best and this is one of those gift choices that will work for literally everyone. Micron is an industry standard, been using them since college. This set is cheaper than they used to be individually. I recommend highly!

Still not a fine enough tip.
I am trying to find a very fine tip for notes in my Bible and books that doesn't bleed through. The only one from this set I could use was the .01 tip. They're not sold individually at a good price. I've found that even the best extra fine tip pens skip, and I have to apply pressure to make them work. This can ruin a book. These were a good price, so not a total loss.
