Picot is the best solution made. When my stomach hurts because I ate hot chile or ate anything that upsets my stomach . I just pour a pkg in a bottle water and drink it - within minutes total relief. Somtime I put 2 pkgs in water bottle. Definetly a miracle drink!!! Highly highly recommended😁

First time I used it back in the 90's when I was working in Mexico and had some stomach problems. I saw it in Walmart about 10 years ago and bought some to help with my night time acid reflux. As far as value goes it was ninety eight cents for the longest time and has recently gone up more than cost of living percent, so 3 stars. Taste is slightly better than straight up backing soda but it is more convenient, again 3 stars.

Great product for upset stomachs. It's like a more sour version of Alka-Seltzer. You can also let it bubble up in your mouth. That's always fun.

I prefer this over Alka Seltzer for indigestion and heart burn. I think it tastes better and works much faster. It also is generally a lot cheaper.

This is the best antacid on the market as far as I am concerned. It works like Alka-Seltzer without the risk of a gastric bleed because it does not contain asprin.

Ttablets are more convenient than carrying powdered baking soda in zip lock bag and funneling it into a narrow water/thermos bottle neck /spout on the go .

My favorite Mexican Alka Seltzer, tastes better with a lemon lime flavor %26 gets rid of gas quickly. I always have at least 2 packets with me at all times.

It may have been a great product, but I never received it in my order. Walmart is definitely no Amazon where you can get help and address the problem.
