[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the easiest laxatives to use. You dissolve 2 teaspoons in a full glass of water. I was able to get relief in a short time.. a few hours. No horrible pains or side effects. The packaging is clear and easy to understand. Well worth the price. It's odorless and tasteless. I'm sure you could use 8 ounces of juice instead of water.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is an effective laxative. I followed the directions and I went to the bathroom about 45 minutes after taking. I didn't get stomach cramping like with some laxative. It doesn't taste the best but it did the job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sal Inglesa Epsom Salt Laxative for Constipation and Muscle Relief, Magnesium Powder works great. Only had one scoop in water and suddenly everything was loosening up, It's tasteless, and effective,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have noticed that a lot of different products dont work for me. But this worked within hours. It doesn't taste the best but it definitely works so oh well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I for one will for sure be using this product on a regular, my daughter and myself suffer from constipation from time to time and this salt was pretty easy on our stomach, dissolves clear not anything out of this world in terms of taste and helps relieve.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works well. Reminds me of the salt water flush from a cleanse I have done in the past. I used 3 level teaspoons to test the proverbial waters and I had a semi aggressive movement within 40 minutes. I have stayed with the 3 level teaspoons the last 3 weeks using as directed. Pro-tip, add the crystals to warm water to have them dissolve. I also added some hydration packets to help the flavor.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this product (weird I know). Ever since turning 24 I begin having a lot of stomach issues where no matter what I did, took, tried, ate I couldn't go to the bathroom. For days on in I was in excruciating pain, not being able to sit, stand, lay down everything was painful and it really made my quality of life go down and to be so young. I really wish I had this product then because I know it would have saved me a lot of pain, tears, and feeling miserable. Although I have found relive and don't struggle as much as I did there are still times that are rough and this got me though it. I felt like it worked great, no taste or smell and it works rather quickly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who deals with severe gastro issues, I was really interested in seeing if this SAL INGLESA Epsom Salt Laxative worked. (It does!) I do recommend starting at the lowest dose for the age range taking the product. The second time I tried it, I took the higher amount and it made me feel a bit nauseous, similar to the way magnesium citrate does. I can't tell you how this actually tastes, as I have a feeding tube and put it directly into my stomach. However, it does dissolve easily. I used 8oz of lukewarm water each time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many products and this one seems to work better for constipation. There is no taste to this product. It works if you use it before bed using 2 teaspoons in a full glass of water. There is really no scent.
bottle comes half full, so you don't get the full amount that you paid for. I only used it twice with what was in the bottle; the first time it worked fine the second time it did not work at all.
