I hate having to cut up all the veggies for a salad. This takes the trouble (and cut fingers) out of the process.

It works well, just as i thought it would. Ease of use. I would recommend this to anyone. The only thing was I would have liked it to be a little heavier (same material just stronger)

It is an easy / simple product to use. However, it is plastic, therefore it is prone to cuts / cut marks from the knife.

The concept needs reworking so that you don't have to use the bottom of the "plate" with the raised surface (too small by the way) which gets easily marred by the knife. It definitely does not chop cucumbers and tomatoes very well even after I purchased a straight-edge knife to use. I found if I chop each ingredient separately, that works a little better. I do not recommend anyone to spend money on this item.
