Only one wish: when ironic shirts, it needs to have something hard behind them to push the shirt against. Otherwise, great features for a great even good looking tool.

It is so easy to use. So much faster than ironing. Just wish it came with some accessories, that's why I rated a 4, instead of a 5.

The hose seems to restrict a more powerful steam
I've been using daily Plastic holder for hanger is not as secure as it could be Hose needs to be a bit easier to handle and steam could flow better But it was a great price and it gets the job done One last thing: would have been nice to have plastic sleeve and end holders so your fingers don't get scorched when your detailing collars and edges

Good steamer , but it is too short.
I brought this steamer and it gets very hot, but it is hard to press on the hanger that is provided.

Disappointing Performance
I expected this steamer would perform much better than it actually does. I have a $9 travel steamer that is faster and twice as efficient as this unit. It sputters and pops and produces very little steam. Directions say straighten the hose if it makes noises but it was straight up. Even on sale I feel it was money wasted as it does a mediocre job at best and takes far more time and effort than it should partially due to it's poor design which makes it awkward to use.

For the price it is ok. Not the greatest for getting wrinkles out totally. VERY hard to hang something and try to steam....OUCH!!!
