We bought this unit about two years ago and having been using this ever since. It does his job well. One thing to note is to keep the cloth above a certain height as it may drip a little if you start ironing towards the bottom side of the cloth, which is below a certain level. Another point we noted is extremely proactive customer support team they have. We had connected to get a replacement plug of the unit and the proactively connected back to us with a note saying they have two units in the warehouse. Overall, we are very happy with the performance of the unit and the post sales support from the company.

I had an expensive Jiffy steamer for 40 years. The steam from this Salav is every bit as good and the unit is lightweight, affordable, and does not take up too much space. I use it to steam garments I have made on my knitting machine. I especially like the telescopic pole that can be adjusted and the clear water tank so I can see the level of water.

The steamer worked awesome for our needs for our niece's wedding including wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, veil, dress shirts, formal wear. Only thing is when you go to move it take off the water holder otherwise a stream of water drips out!

I love the sleek style and lightweight size of this model. We have always used our steamers daily, but this one seems to build up with Calcium alot faster. Works well. Heats up fast and is very efficient.

We have a GS 20 for over 3 years. It works great. Easy to use and store. Has selections for type of steaming..Able to do many pieces before refilling tank. No issues over the 3 year period. Tye clips that hold the pole up broke. Since the steamer ois no longer made The company was able to locate the replacement parts the next day and ship immediately. Great product and company

Compact, great steam tank. The hose needs some breaking in. A little stiff. It gurgled but found the problem/solution. Steamed 2 linen shirts. Great product.

I love this streamer! I had onr previously which I gifted to a family member after they exclusively used it over a regular iron for their clothes. It has an adjustable hanger so it fits different types of tops. It heats up quickly enough and doesn't leave clothes wet. I purchased a second one and unfortunately it stopped steaming a year later, but I will be receiving a replacement. I've stayed with Salav because I know their steamers work well.
