Love this steamer! This is my second one. My first one just broke after 5 years of EVERYDAY use. I had purchased a Conair one because this one was out of stock at the time, and hated it, it's trash compared to this one.

Just got my unit in the mail. Tried it on one of my blouses. Did a really nice job. Seems easy to use and it doesn't feel too heavy.

The dual-mode handle is incredibly convenient—I originally bought this steamer for delicate garments, especially for smoothing folds around the waistline, and it works wonderfully. I'm also planning to try it with the ironing set soon. The included pouring cup and silicone cord strap are thoughtful additions that make the overall experience even better. My only concern is how long the metallic finish on the water plug will last. It would be great if replacement plugs were available for purchase, as I'd love to keep my steamer looking its best for as long as possible.
