Works great and easy to use!
Perfect length power cord with ample reach. Steamed out shirts, pants, jackets, drapes, etc. Don't think I'll ever use my iron again. Minus 1 star because the water reservoir only lasts 1 garment or about 2 minutes of steam.

Less wrinkles
I bought this before Christmas to take on a trip. It was perfect for the clothes with suitcase wrinkles. No ironing just steaming.

Great travel steamer
The water reservoir is smaller than I expected, which is the only reason it lost a ⭐. Works great, cord is a good length and it is not heavy. Despite the small water reservoir I am keeping it!

OK, depending on use
When I bought this, I experimented on a t-shirt and it worked great. When I tried it on thicker material (karate uniform), it didn't touch the wrinkles. So, if you have light clothing you plan to use it on, it may be effective, but not the thicker stuff.

pretty good
It works pretty well and I like that it is compact. My only complaint is that the water container is so small it runs out fast and you have to refill if you are working with multiple pieces of clothing or something very wrinkly. Overall, not a bad purchase.

Not enough water to finish 1 shirt
The water compartment is tiny, not enough to complete 1 shirt. It's quality isn't bad at all, but constant refilling makes in inconvenient. I hope they upgrade this product. Nothing can replace a good iron

Returned
I bought this item 3 weeks ago. Tried it on a few items and was not happy with how It functioned. Water last only about 4 minutes and sprays extra water on the garment when steaming, which leaves water seeks on your clothes which has to air dry.

Capacity is too limited.
I find the water/steam capacity too limiting to do even a jacket or a pair of trousers.

RIP to my Hand Held Steamer
Despite some of the customers' negative reviews, I purchased this item because the good reviews outweighed the bad. However, I must agree that at first this steamer worked very well. Now it just makes a clicking noise and there is absolutely no steam. After three tries, it is dead.
