My go-to glitter!
I have the "Dressed to Thrill" shade, and it's my go-to glitter over any color (I've used it overs blues, purples, and pinks). One coat works great for noticeable bling, but 2 coats gives you the BIG glitter it's named for. I like to use it to make a fun accent nail, and it's easy enough to control to do a free-hand french tip.
