Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Stickers, Black to Basic, 18 ea

Great for my arthritic hands, instead of polish. I like to coat w/gel, & get 2-3 wks most times. I'm not gentle either. Am very unhappy w/changes in number of strips, & can't find solid colors more suited to my age. Will look for another brand to try, now. Value is less now.

First off I love Sally's Salon Nail Effects Real Polish Strips and use them all the time. I accidently purchased the stickers in the lace thinking they were the real polish strips. Very disappointed. Of course great designs, but the lace is fuzzy, and snags on everything... my hair, clothes, etc. I put on 3 coats of Sally's top coat and that didn't make a difference... the lace still fuzzes up at the tips. I wish they would do the same design in the Real Polish Strips since I've never had a problem with those.

These starting peeling off immediately. I wanted to love them but hard to justify.

I purchased the chevron "fabric" stickers without realizing that they were going to be fabric or stickers. Once I realized I figured they would still be fine. Well they are NOT. The fabric finish is very conducive to dragging/sticking on any other type of fabric and causing lots of lint, for lack of a better word, to stick on the nails. Also it's been about 8 hours since I applied them and they're already peeling off at the finger tips. Definite waste of money.

This is actual thread/lace, not the regular sticker style. It peels separately from the adhesive so you have to put several coats of clear and hold down the edges until they stick. The lace looks like peeling snake skin. After a couple of searches through your handbag for keys or phone, the tips are frayed and collect dust and lint. They look miserable. Very disappointed. I use the sally stickers weekly and love them.

I put these on clean nails and trimmed with scissors, then a top coat as instructed. Can't be filed to fit like other strips. Within one hour, one had come loose. I replaced it and saw that another had fallen off a nail. I redid that one. After about two hours, I had dishes to wash. And they all came loose and were easily removed. I've used other stickers that stayed on for a couple of weeks with no trouble, in spite of frequent handwashing and other water activities. This is a terrible product. I'm extremely disappointed. I gave it one star because "none" wasn't an option.

I love the real nail polish strips and actually bought these by accident without reading that they are 'stickers'. I realized this after I got home and opened the package. They didn't even stay on my nails 2 hours - they do not last at all. They wouldn't even be good to wear to an event as they would start to lift right away!

I love all of Sally Hansen product I have so many of their products and never had a problem with them. But I'm so annoyed and disappointed with this Sally Hansen Salon Effects sticker. The sticker didn't even last 5 minutes on. Now i've used other brand stickers which last up to a week or more. Sally Hansen please improve this product....

I purchased the nail stickers and they did not even stay on my nails for 5 minutes. I followed the instructions exactly and they would not stick. I have used other nail polish strips and they were GREAT. I will never use these again - should would be nice if I could get my money back too!

I have used these types of nail stickers from other companies and have been very happy with them. I trust Sally Hansen so I assumed that their nail stickers would be as equally satisfying. I was wrong. I purchased the white lace stickers. They are very easy to apply but do not have a smooth finish. They have an actual lace feel to them, which makes them very rough, and they catch all kinds of dirt, fuzz, etc. Like the other reviews, they fray at the end and cannot be cleaned up and kept nice. They continue to fray and look fuzzy. From far away, your nails look blotchy. The only positive is that they were easy to apply. I cannot wait to take them off and will not be purchasing them again. Do not waste your money.
