I am not one to be careful with my nails and I don't protect them and have been using this gel for years and I can safely say it stays on with no chips for 2+ weeks... I only have to replace it because the nails grow and you can see a white mark at the root and never because they get marked or scratched.

I hate giving myself a mani/pedi because I can never sit still long enough and end up wrecking it and having to remove the whole thing - what a waste of time. For a bit of an investment in the kit this polish is great. And since the polish stays on so long my nails have stayed in better shape. I like Shell We Dance because it's just a tad of pink colour, even at two coats. I also get big compliments on the Wine Not red colour. Nice that it lasts so long. and if I do get a chip, I just adjust that one nail and look picture perfect again. The only other colour I have is Rosey Cheeks, which is sparkly and I use on my toes. I'd love more colour selection but the ones I have a great for a start.

I bought this a month ago and love this product it lasts 10 days to 2 weeks when used properly. The colour pat on the black is gorgeous (use 2 coats to get best effect of the colour).

Although it says black, after five coats it still appears very dark brown/burgundy.

I bought "Jaded" expecting the colour to turn out like it did on the box after one or two coats...WRONG. FOUR coats later and it's still translucent in some spots. I did a base coat, 4 coats of colour while curing with LED lamp between so I know it's nothing I did :(

New to the home gel game I thought this was all I needed...too bad I didn't realise this is step 2 of home gel process - wondering how much more it could possibly be to just have a professional manicure every so often to keep natural nails in order...

Takes forever to dry... at the end I gave up
