Sally Hansen Strengthening Top Coat, 0.45 fl oz

I have fairly long nails and I do keep them hydrated with oil but I also do diy and woodworking so a small tap to the nail can ruin weeks of regrowth. I started using this product as a base coat originally as I have ridged nails but it has also meant I don't get broken nails at even half the frequency as I did before! If you are a consistent person and you manage to reapply every single week for few months you'll see great improvements in your nails. Unfortunately I navar managed to remember to reapply for more than 3 week, but let me tell you: there is an absolute difference in my nail when I put this on. After a week I feel them stronger, and in 2 weeks they get pretty long so easily! You can literally feel and see your nails get thicker. I never managed to grow my nails long anough as they tend to break very easily, and if you've got my same problem, this is what you want for your nails! IN the videos I attached, my nails are pretty short and with different length as I haven't been using this for months, but I wanted to show you how shiny they get! It gives you a very tidy and shiny look (if you apply better than what I did lol) and it dries also very quickly. I'd suggest to apply to thin coats and remove it completely every time it starts peeling or breaking, so roughly once per week. BUY IT.

I used to be a prolific nail biter as a child. Needless to say, as an adult my nails are not strong. I have had the Acrylic nails, but they damage the nails, do I took a deep breath and decided to grow my own natural nails. After trying many paint on promises, I found this product to be helpful in strengthening my nails.

It actually doesn't make my nails feel harder. The texture when it's dried is like a jelly layer, like you can actually peel it off once it gets a bit "chipped" at the edges. But I still think it's protecting the nail and nourishing it well. I use it after I've removed nail polish, acrylic or press on nails. It also looks nice and shiny like a "clear" nailpolish. I've tried other nail hardeners that smell awful, but this one is fine. Definitely recommend it.

This is my favourite top coat (I'm finding it difficult to re-purchase...is it renamed, repackaged, reformulated? Is it unavailable in Canada?). Any streak or brush stroke smooths in seconds. It's like a resin, which makes it sound too thick BUT it looks perfect, smooth, glossy, flawless. The best! One coat and you're done.

This strengthening nail polish always protects my nails especially when I am doing sports, it created a protective glossy layer on the outside of my nail so it looks glossy and clean all the time! It drys pretty quickly and my nails never chip or scratch, it does smell a little bit chemical tho

I normally love Sally Hansen products, but not this one. It goes on fine, dries quickly and looks very shiny. The only problem is, not long after it dries it starts to peel off! Not chip off, but peels off in strips! I tried to use it alone and with colors on top, but no matter what combo I tried it peels! It could have just been a bad bottle? I traded it for Sally Hansen Hard as Nails nail hardener. It's much better!
