These Salomon SENSE FLOW kicks are LEGIT! They require zero break in time. In fact, the very first time I wore these were for a trail race. No blisters, and I podiumed! The sizing is true to fit, so no need to worry about sizing up or down. I also really love the colourway; these are classy and understated, so you don't feel like uour wearing obnoxious clown shoes. I highly recommend these if you're in the market for fast, comfortable trail shoes.
Have been Hoka convert but thought I would try these out. Super happy I did. Very nice mixed road/trail shoe. Quite firm feeling but nice smooth toe off and suprisingly stable given they are not regarded as a stability shoe; I have a high arch and these are just great. Only complaint is that quick lace needs to be longer. I have a high arch and instep and very difficult to get in without a shoehorn; once in though, very comfortable.
Been wearing these shoes for 3 weeks now, during a work day I put in 16k to 20k steps, at the end of the day, feet are good and able to still run or workout.
This shoe was true to fit using the Salomon size guide. Really lightweight yet still feels protective and secure. Perfect shoe for some mixed terrain running.

this is how you make a shoe. I have been wearing Salomon footwear for close 20 years. This is the perfect summer shoe. No lace pocket, no BS. Just a great shoe that fits. The Evolution to get to this point has been one heck of a journey- But we have reached nirvana.
I got these because I needed "door to trail" shoes, something I could use on the road and on the trails. It worked but don't try them on technical terrain. They are lightweight with a generous fit. The upper is quite breathable but doesn't offer much protection. The Contagrip MD outsole doesn't cover it all and some of the EVA midsole will be on direct contact with the ground. After a few runs, I can see some of the lugs are already a bit worn down. My recommendation, invest a bit more and go for the Sense Ride instead. Similar concept but more cushion, better grip, more protection and just a bit heavier.
I bought these in mid summer. Wore them for a few weeks at work and when I go for a run. After a short time they developed a squeak. Didn't do anything out of the ordinary with them but they just squeaked whenever I walked. Thankfully I still had my receipt, original box and sent them back to the store as a defect and exchanged them for something else.
